Section 420 of Indian Penal Code relates to the Cheating and Dis Honesty.Because of this reason a cheater is termed as 420 in the sense of any offence did.
its a non bailable case and people get offended using this number.
 So 420 seat number rennamed to 419A in 14th parliamentary assembly.In 15th parliamentary assembly seat no 419a has allotted to Badruddin Ajmal( Assam M.P).
